How to use Biglearners.com!
Click on the "REGISTER" link on the top right corner of the page. There are many other buttons and links on the website to prompt you to register.
Registration is a two-step process. It is very simple to use.
- First step is to create a User ID and Password.
- Next step is to buy a subscription and pay with credit card.
To Login
- Click on the "LOGIN" link on the top right corner of the page.
- Or click on the button on the home page.
To Logout
- Please click on the logout icon on the top right corner of the page.
Please click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the page.
Then, click on the tab "Member Information" to update/change your name, email, or phone.
Click on the tab "Security / Password" to change your password.
Here is a sample image of a worksheet widget that a user will see after logging in.
Click on link on the widget to add it your organizer.
Now the worksheet has been added to your organizer. The icon will turn into a black . All the worksheets that you have already added will show the black color icon.
To access your organizer, click on organizer icon on the top right corner of the page. The latest addition will show up on the top. Use this feature to create a collection that you want to access quickly later.
Click on black icon on the widget to remove it from your organizer.
Membership / Billing Related Questions
Individual Subscription: It is appropriate for a single teacher or parent who distributes/uses the content for his or her own student/s within a class or a household. Business Subscription: It is appropriate for a business or school that downloads/prints the content and distribute it across multiple classrooms at a business location. i.e School administration that prints the content and distributes it to more than one teacher to use in more than one classroom setting. Only one user account is provided. If a school/business has several teachers who wants to maintain their own logins, they all must buy personal subscriptions and maintain their membership individually.

Then, click on the tab " Billing Information" to update/change the credit card details.
Your credit card will be charged the first time when you buy the subscription to complete registration. You also will be enrolled into recurring billing and will be charged again on the last day of the billing period for next period's membership.
No. We shall not refund any money, however you will not be charged again. Ever. You membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
The reason we do not provide refunds is that we serve content. We do not want anyone to enroll for a day and download all the content and then cancel. It takes a lot of time and money to create these beautiful worksheets. Please understand that our content is like DVDs. If you open a DVD box and watch it, it is not ethical to return it to the store.

Generally, you have to do nothing. Most of the desktops and mobile devices already meet the software requirements that you need to use our website. In case you face issues, please ensure that:
- Javascript is not disabled in your browser.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader( A free software from Adobe.com) is installed on your computer and as a browser plungin.
- Your internet connection is working.
Only some of our content is free. Most of it is for paid subscribers. To access all of the content at its best, please register and subscribe to our annual membership. If you are already a subscribed user, please login to access the content in its true form.
